MISSION

My sole mission and purpose is to provide the highest quality therapeutic body work possible.  I hope to disrupt the barrier between modern medicine and alternative treatments.

Pathways

Neuromuscular

Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms

Balance

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. It may also be called myofascial (myo meaning muscle, fascial meaning connective tissue) trigger point therapy.

Body Cleanse

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Encompassed release

Light Myofascial blend

Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body.

Calm mind and body

Swedish

A specific blend of calming techniques designed to relax the mind and body simultaneously.

Restoring life

Injury Rehab

A blend of techniques designed for your body, around your injury.  A plan designed to assist your body for healing.  Could encompass techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Range of Motion, and Myofascial.
